A concept and feasibility study of four iconic factory buildings in the historic Gasworks area of northern Stockholm. Buildings 24, 25 and 26 are large brick buildings, with listed facades and complex interior structures. As such, they pose a huge challenge for the developers in terms of adding new content and finding use that is both respectful of the old buildings, while at the same time offering new possibilities for future users. Campus developed a series of scenarios, accompanied by proposed tenant ecosystems and suggestions of a wider impact for the area as a whole.
