Opposite the nature reserve Bresshammars Hage, just a stone’s throw from central Strängnäs, lies Sidöparken. The project comprises 10 hillside homes, all with unobstructed views over Lake Mälaren.

The buildings, spanning three storeys, are divided into volumes that are stacked and offset relative to each other. This design reduces the perceived scale while following the natural terrain and creating rooftop terraces. The colour palette is characterised by grey tinted timber cladding, and large glazed openings to frame views of the lake. All homes have generous private terraces, and a top floor master suite with its own private balcony.
