In the scenic area of Hemmesta lies Åbroddsvägen, where we have designed 21 new homes, in a mix of semi-detached houses and studio houses. The placement of the buildings within the landscape is carefully balanced to preserve the natural elevation changes of the terrain, a defining feature of both the area and our site in particular.

All homes are characterized by large glass sections facing the southward view, generous roof terraces and spacious interiors with a muted colour palette. The buildings are clad in vertically painted wood paneling in dark tones, with a colour palette that ranges from green to grey and black, allowing them to blend seamlessly with the surrounding pine forest.
