FOTOGRAFISKA MUSEUM

London, UK

Fotografiska London comprises an expansive 9,000 m² of meticulously designed internal space, featuring a diverse mix of gallery spaces, as well as dedicated areas for conferences and events, along with restaurants and essential support spaces intended for the storage and careful handling of valuable art pieces.

Building on the many years of experience in developing the architectural language of Fotografiska, we crafted the London venue to seamlessly integrate with the challenging and vibrant urban location where the City of London intersects with Whitechapel, all while providing a truly unique experience rich in art and culture within. The new pavilion, which presents a contemporary face for the museum, continues the ongoing exploration of innovative photographic techniques, serving as a fundamental basis for its distinctive materiality and form.

The shell and core stage has been completed, and the project is currently halted waiting further development.
